2257 Record-Keeping Statement
Drowsy Club takes the protection of minors very seriously. This statement is provided in compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (United States).
1. Exemption statement
All visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content, or otherwise, appearing or otherwise contained in this website were produced by third parties who are not controlled by, or affiliated with, Drowsy Club beyond the distribution agreement; or were produced by performers who have certified they were over 18 years of age at the time of production.
With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether sexually explicit or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created.
2. Records Custodian
The original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for materials contained in this website are kept by the following Custodian of Records:
Records may be inspected during regular business hours with reasonable advance notice, as required by 28 C.F.R. § 75.5.
3. Age verification process
Before any performer appears in content published on Drowsy Club, the following records are collected and retained:
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID) showing the performer's date of birth
- A signed model release and appearance consent form
- Signed 2257 compliance statement
- Photograph matching the ID on file
User accounts are also subject to age verification via Google OAuth (People API, user.birthday.read scope) or manual birthday entry. Underage accounts are deleted within 72 hours of detection.
4. Zero tolerance for CSAM
Drowsy Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any detection or report of such content is immediately removed and reported to NCMEC (CyberTipline), IC3, and relevant national authorities in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and, within the EU, Reg. (EU) 2021/1232 and the Digital Services Act.
Report suspected CSAM immediately to abuse@drowsyclub.com or directly to report.cybertip.org (NCMEC).

Drowsy Club is a distribution platform and not the primary producer of most content displayed. Primary producers retain their own § 2257 records. For inquiries regarding records of a specific creator, contact us and we will facilitate the inquiry.
